Dr Thompson's Phonetic Witchboard

Using phonemes instead of letters, this Ouija board was developed for sound poetry games and performances. It works exactly like a normal Ouija and produces a text of sounds to be navigated or interpreted by the performers.

The phonemes are laser-printed into wood board. These boards were first tested at the Poetry Cafe in December 2019. Part of the performance can be viewed here (also featuring Astra Papachristodoulou & Cat Chong).
